Job summary

Ultimate Motorbikes in Ipswich, QLD, is seeking enthusiastic motorcycle salespeople who love bikes and can talk about them all day. You will use your knowledge and passion to drive sales, test ride customers, and coordinate with service and parts teams.

A current motorcycle licence is required and Saturday work is available. We offer an above-industry base salary of $60,000 with a competitive commission structure and an on-target earnings range of $75,000–$90,000, with top performers earning

Qualifications

• Passion for motorcycles and ability to talk about models
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Willingness to learn about products and sell confidently
• Current motorcycle licence is required (bonus for riding knowledge)

As a Motorcycle Salesperson you:

• Aresponsible for providing customer support and service on the showroom floor
• Will generate sales for new and used motorcycles
• Take customers on test rides
• Liaise with all departments including workshop, parts & accessories to ensure customers have everything for their bike
• Shareyour passion for riding and your understanding of motorcycling as a lifestyle choice

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Have a passion for motorcycles and knowledge of various brands
• Great communication skills and a passion to sell
• Ambition to actively pursue all sale leads and enquiries
• A current motorcycle licence.
• Availability to work each Saturday
• QLD Motor Sales Registration Certificate is a bonus (can be obtained upon starting).
