Job summary

Sunshine Coast Harley-Davidson in Queensland is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead the showroom, engage customers with premium branding, and deliver Harley-Davidson experiences.

You will drive new and used motorcycle sales, conduct test rides, liaise with workshop and parts, and mentor the team to exceed targets while enjoying a strong commission structure and ongoing training.

This role supports a balanced schedule, with a Saturday half-day shift and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in motorcycle, powersports, or car sales or commission-based roles preferred.
• Proficient with lead management, ordering, and reporting systems daily.
• Must work regular half-day Saturdays.
• Licensed motorcycle rider.
• QLD Motor Sales Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and service on the showroom floor.
• Generate sales for new and used motorcycles.
• Take customers on test rides.
• Liaise with workshop, parts & accessories to ensure customers have everything for their bike.

We are looking for applicants with

• Sales Expertise: Prior experience in motorcycle, powersports or car sales or commission-based roles preferred.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using lead management, ordering, and reporting systems daily.
• Availability: Mandatory half-day shifts every Saturday (finish after 1:00 PM).
• Passion for Quality: Enthusiastic about representing a premium brand.
• Qualifications: QLD Motor Sales Registration will be required.
• You must have a motorcycle rider's licence.

As a Motorcycle Sales Manager you:

• Areresponsible for providing customer support and service on the showroom floor.
• Will generate sales for new and used motorcycles.

• Liaise with all departments including workshop, parts & accessories to ensure customers have everything for their bike!
