Job summary

TeamMoto Dandenong is seeking a motivated salesperson to drive motorcycle sales and build lasting relationships with customers. You will engage with clients across channels, provide exceptional service and promote our range of iconic brands.

Ideal candidates are driven, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Sales experience is not essential as we offer training and opportunities to grow within the business, with a base salary and uncapped commission opportunities.

About the Role

This role requires a candidate who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service with every customer interaction.

Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and engagement.

• Maximise motorcycle sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Respond to all sales enquiries including phone, online, and walk-ins with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, new models, and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
