Randstad in Norwest, Sydney is seeking a dedicated Claims Consultant specializing in motor vehicle claims to join an on-site team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding clients through the claims lifecycle from notification to final settlement.

The ideal candidate brings experience in motor vehicle claims within a brokerage or insurer, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience (minimum 1 year).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English and Hindi advantageous.
• Experience managing end-to-end motor vehicle claims within a brokerage or insurer environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new claim notifications and manage an active portfolio of motor vehicle claims from notification to final settlement.
• Act as the face and voice of the business, guiding clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity.
• Interpret policy wording to assess coverage, liabilities, and applicable excesses or exclusions.
• Gather evidence, police reports, and damage assessments to verify claims and estimate accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, assessors, repairers, and third parties to ensure fair, timely outcomes.
