Job summary

Liberty Financial in Queensland is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow and maintain profitable relationships with brokers in our motor finance portfolio. You will mentor your broker network and proactively support them to expand referral sources.

In this role you will deliver outstanding service to brokers and their customers, manage a sales funnel, educate on commercial lending opportunities, and participate in broader initiatives to boost performance and broker

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in business development and relationship management with proven experience in Motor or Asset Finance lending.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills backed by a history of providing memorable service and advice.
• An ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of consumer lending legislation.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide a delightful experience to brokers and their customers.
• Proactively manage a sales funnel and follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion.
• Provide exceptional servicing support to brokers in relation to new loan enquiries, applications or existing loans.
• Help educate brokers around commercial loan opportunities and how it can drive their business growth.
• From time to time, support broader business initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and broker / customer satisfaction.
