Job summary

Liberty, based in Sydney, is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our broker network and nurture profitable relationships across Residential lending products. You will mentor brokers and proactively support them to build their networks and referral sources.

You will manage a sales funnel, follow up leads to completion, and provide servicing support for new loan enquiries, applications or existing loans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Residential lending.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of consumer lending legislation.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide a delightful experience to brokers and their customers
• Proactively manage a sales funnel and follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion
• Provide exceptional servicing support to brokers in relation to new loan enquiries, applications or existing loans
• Help educate brokers around Residential loan opportunities and how it can drive their business growth
• From time to time, support broader business initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and broker / customer satisfaction.
