IMB Bank Moruya is seeking a Branch Manager who combines lending expertise with people leadership to deliver outstanding customer experiences and grow the local business. You will lead a small team, drive home loan growth from interview to settlement, manage day-to-day branch operations, and build strong relationships with members, referral partners and the Moruya community.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow lending book and build referral networks.
• Experience leading and developing a small team in a bank/financial services environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication.
• Sound understanding of residential home loans, lending processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive lending growth and build referral networks to create exceptional member outcomes.
• Manage the loan process from interviewing applications through to assessment and approval.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team to achieve lending, deposit, service and growth objectives.
• Build relationships with members, referral partners, local businesses and community networks.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure regulatory and risk compliance.
