Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Broker Support Administration Officer to join the Broker Operations team, working with Brokers, Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to manage home loan applications.

This role focuses on timely, professional support, accurate records, policy guidance and ensuring compliance across the lending lifecycle, with emphasis on relationships and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending, broker support, banking or financial services administration.
• Understanding of home lending processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional support to Brokers, members and internal stakeholders.
• Manage mortgage applications throughout the lending lifecycle with efficient progression.
• Build broker relationships through proactive communication and ownership of enquiries.
• Support brokers with policy guidance and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate and resolve enquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate lending and CRM records with compliance.
• Prioritise workloads to meet service levels.
• Support broker accreditation and commission processing.
• Identify and escalate operational, quality and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for efficiency and service.
• Support knowledge sharing and team culture in Broker Operations.
