Job summary
Greenline Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Lending specialist to join our growing finance team in Australia. You will support loan processing, communicate with lenders and clients, and help ensure files are complete and compliant.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar role, experience with Mercury, Apply Online, Connective/Loan App, and hold a Cert 4 in Mortgage Brokering and Finance. Teamwork and organization are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar mortgage role.
- Experience with Mercury, Apply Online and Connective (Loan App) preferred.
- Cert 4 in Mortgage Brokering and Finance required.
Responsibilities
- Post submission communication with lenders & clients.
- Post settlement communication with clients.
- Manage client files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Keep up to date on industry regulations and changes.
