Integrate Recruitment is seeking a results-driven broker to own client relationships and drive loan settlements. You will manage end‑to‑end deals, drawing on a network of accountants, planners and buyers’ agents to source opportunities. Expect a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on performance and brand backing.

You must have proven $30M+ annual settlements and active broker accreditation, with experience in lending for high‑net-worth, medico or self‑employed clients.

Qualifications

• Proven $30M+ in annual settlements, self-sourced.
• Experience in high-net-worth or specialised lending sectors.
• Has an established referral network with professionals (accountants, planners, buyers' agents).

Responsibilities

• Own the client and the sale, with support from credit analysts to push files across the line.
• Leverage your referral network to generate new business and maintain a strong pipeline.
