Job summary

RACV Cape Schanck Resort on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Attendants to join our busy culinary team on a casual basis. Morning shifts from 7:00am are preferred.

You'll help maintain a clean, safe kitchen across production, outlets and events, supporting chefs and the wider team while following food safety and workplace safety procedures. Experience in hospitality or cleaning is valued, and there are opportunities for training and RACV venue discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cleaning is valued
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment
• Clean dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• Assist with food preparation and ingredient assembly
• Support kitchen and scullery operations
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Assist chefs and team members as required
• Complete scheduled deep cleaning tasks
