• Bakery/kitchen experience in a similar support role.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in bakery or food production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Australian permanent residents only.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pastry Chef in preparation and production of pastries and cakes.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Weigh, portion and decorate as required.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support the wider bakery team as needed.
