Job summary

Moonlight Cinemas is seeking friendly Moonlight Crew members to join the Sydney venue for the upcoming season. You’ll work across guest facing roles from venue setup to serving food and beverages under the stars at Kings Park.

Availability nights and weekends from mid November to early April is required; RSA and Australian work rights are essential. Join EVT’s Moonlight Cinema Sydney team and help deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, events, or cinema industry.
• Valid RSA and Australian work rights (essential).

Responsibilities

• Venue setup and manual handling (including signage, bean beds, screening set up, brand activations).
• Greeting guests and assisting with wayfinding.
• Premium Service in Gold Grass.
• Food & Beverage Preparation and Service.
• Promoting sponsors and their showcased products (e.g. product sampling).
• Venue pack down.

About the Role
As part of the General Crew for Moonlight Cinema Sydney, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of customer‑facing roles throughout the season, from venue set up and greeting guests to running cocktails, sampling products, and serving up delicious food, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience under the stars at the iconic Kings Park. You must be available to work nights (including on weekends) and be available to work from mid November – early April.
