Job summary

Australian Temporary Structures (ATS) is seeking a practical and proactive Project Manager to join our Braemar head office in the Southern Highlands. You will oversee projects from planning through handover, coordinating engineers, suppliers and clients, with opportunities to visit sites and see structures come to life.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' project management or coordination experience.
• Experience in construction, modular buildings, or infrastructure.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Knowledge of WHS and site requirements.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Good communication with clients.
• Understanding of project budgets and costs.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple modular construction projects.
• Develop project scopes, programs, budgets and resource plans.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, suppliers and installation crews.
• Talk with clients about project requirements and progress.
• Organise procurement, transport, cranes, plant and site resources.
• Manage project costs, variations and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate approvals, compliance and site requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify project risks and address them early.
• Support tender and bid submissions for major projects.
