Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager based in Queensland to oversee workforce housing and accommodation projects from tender to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive safety compliance across large-scale mining and infrastructure initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, client liaison, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a global modular construction business.

Qualifications

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards)
• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
• Current QBCC Licence
• Strong understanding of commercial construction safety requirements and methodologies
• Previous experience delivering workforce accommodation or modular building projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee project delivery across workforce housing and accommodation projects.
• Manage projects from tender through to completion and handover.
• Collaborate with commercial to bid, scope and price projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, trades and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost performance against estimates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety.
• Develop delivery programs and communicate milestones to clients.
• Lead kick-off meetings and maintain client communication.
• Manage variations, approvals and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and SWMS.
• Lead weekly project review meetings on program, costs, risks and resources.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
