Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Luscombe, QLD. Lead modular building projects, coordinate deliveries and supervise trades to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll drive installation methodologies, liaise with clients and internal teams, and ensure projects stay on track across diverse sectors. A pathway into leadership with ongoing mentoring awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards it).
• White Card and Site Supervisor Licence.
• Strong understanding of construction and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
• Experience with modular or transportable buildings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building deliveries, installations and retrofit projects.
• Supervise trades, subcontractors and site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and develop installation methodologies.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with customers, project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Space Rental team based at our Luscombe Branch.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll coordinate modular building deliveries, installations and retrofit projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
