Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Luscombe NSW-based Space Rental team. You will coordinate modular building deliveries, installations and retrofit projects, supervising trades and site activities across multiple projects.

You will conduct site inspections, develop installation methodologies and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance while liaising with customers and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards it).
• White Card and Site Supervisor Licence.
• Strong understanding of construction and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building deliveries, installations and retrofit projects.
• Supervise trades, subcontractors and site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and develop installation methodologies.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with customers, project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and keep projects on track.
