Youturn in Nambour, QLD is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our small IT team. You will provide frontline technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver friendly service to our national staff.

You’ll manage SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online, helping keep our modern workplace secure and productive while continuously learning and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ITIL/ITSM experience.
• Strong communication with a user-first mindset.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to technical challenges.
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support via ticketing system, phone, or onsite.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint Online page/site management.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) users and licenses.
• Manage Intune for Windows and mobile devices.
• Handle Exchange Online user/group management via UI and PowerShell.
• Use Dynamic Groups to automate processes and enforce security.
• Maintain up-to-date internal and external documentation.
• Apply backup and networking best practices during implementation.
• Continue learning and researching when new issues arise.
• Understand common IT acronyms with ease.
