Job summary

Youturn in Nambour, QLD is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our small IT team. You will provide frontline technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver friendly service to our national staff.

You’ll manage SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online, helping keep our modern workplace secure and productive while continuously learning and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ITIL/ITSM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support via ticketing system, phone, or onsite.

About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our small but highly capable IT team. In this role, you’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve hardware and software problems, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our national teams.

What You’ll Do

• Provide responsive and effective technical support through our ticketing system, phone, or onsite visits
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Modern Workplace tools, including
• SharePoint Online: page and site management
• Entra ID (formerly Azure AD): user and license administration
• Intune: Windows and mobile device management, Autopilot, configuration policies, and application packaging
• Exchange Online: group and user management via UI and PowerShell
• Leverage Dynamic Groups to automate processes and enforce strong security practices. Done once, done right
• Act as a Knowledge Base Champion by maintaining clear and up-to-date internal and external documentation
• Apply sound backup and networking best practices during technical implementation
• Continuously learn and adapt. If something’s unfamiliar, you’re not afraid to dig into the docs or manuals to figure it out.
• Understand and use most IT acronyms with ease
