Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking a Construction Trade and Labour Recruiter to join our Ascot Head Office in Perth. This is an exciting growth phase as major projects come online, offering hands-on leadership and mentorship, with a focus on construction trades and labour recruitment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across the lifecycle, collaborate with project teams, and help secure a skilled workforce for mining and mineral processing industries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, ideally within the Construction industry.
• Experience in recruitment of construction trades and labour (Fitters, Electricians, BMWs, Riggers etc)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach
