Job summary

Enviroline Group is launching a mobile service unit to provide on-site servicing and repairs of water jetting machines across Sydney and surrounding regions. You’ll be the face of Enviroline in the field: servicing machines on-site, building relationships with customers and spotting opportunities to help them with parts, accessories and future equipment needs.

Qualifications

• A qualified small engine, car or diesel mechanic.
• Experience with pressure washers/high-pressure pumps highly regarded.
• Sales-minded, people-first approach; comfortable upselling where helpful.
• Reliable, organised, trustworthy and punctual.
• Able to work autonomously without supervision.
• Current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Travelling to customer sites to service and repair water jetting machines and pressure equipment.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs using the van, tools and spare parts provided.
• Identifying opportunities to sell accessories, nozzles, and consumables relevant to the job at hand.
• Building genuine relationships with customers and logging leads and future service/purchase plans into our CRM
• Keeping your van, tools, and stock organised, and maintaining accurate job and service records.
• Managing your own daily schedule and route across the territory.

THE ROLE

Enviroline Group is launching a mobile service unit to provide on-site servicing and repairs of water jetting machines direct to our customers - plumbers and trade professionals across Sydney and surrounds. This is a brand-new role at the front of an exciting growth initiative, giving our customers back the time they would otherwise lose transporting equipment to a workshop.

You’ll be the face of Enviroline in the field: servicing and repairing machines on-site, building relationships with customers, and spotting opportunities to help them with parts, accessories and future equipment needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travelling to customer sites to service and repair water jetting machines and pressure equipment

What We’re Looking For

• A sales-minded, people-first approach, comfortable having a conversation with a customer and confident enough to suggest an upsell where it genuinely helps them
• Reliable, organised, trustworthy and punctual
• Working autonomously and managing your own day without supervision
• Current Driver’s Licence

What’s In It For You

• $95,000 - $105,000 base salary + superannuation + performance bonuses (based on accessory and add-on sales)
