• Experience using patient information databases and liaising with Digital & Health/ IT services.

Aufgaben

• Lead operational delivery: Coordinate mobile dental clinics across Western Sydney, liaising with schools and stakeholders to plan bookings, schedules and service delivery in line with NSW Health and WSLHD policies.
• Manage administrative staff, maintain accurate digital and hard-copy records, and facilitate clear communication with schools, principals, parents and guardians.
• Coordinate resources and logistics: Support the management of budgets, assets, leave balances, equipment, supplies and fleet vehicles.
• Champion quality and compliance: Support National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards accreditation, policy compliance, risk management and continuous service improvement.
• Support high-quality patient care: Ensure dental teams have materials, equipment and operational support needed, including setup and dismantling of mobile clinic infrastructure.
