NSW Health is seeking an experienced Primary School Dental Program Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operational coordination of the Mobile Dental Service across Western Sydney, based in Mount Druitt. You will oversee administrative operations, coordinate school-based clinics and manage staff, equipment and resources to ensure accessible, high-quality dental care for primary school children.

• Proven effective leadership and management in a health service environment.
• High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume, competing priorities and tight timeframes.
• Experience with patient information databases and liaising with Digital Health/IT services.
