Workactive Injury Management & Rehabilitation is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver occupational health and injury management services across Melbourne. The role involves travel between client sites, early intervention, and proactive injury prevention for workers in logistics, manufacturing and warehousing.

You will assess and manage musculoskeletal conditions, perform functional capacity assessments, and contribute to safe return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy background in a clinical setting (5-10+ years preferred).
• Genuine interest in injury prevention and occupational health.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with employers and workers on-site.
• Current, valid driver’s licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable travelling between multiple sites across Melbourne.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsabilités

• Early intervention injury management and quick access to appropriate care.
• Functional Capacity Assessments and Pre-Employment Screening.
• Onsite ergonomic assessments and injury prevention work at client workplaces.
• Travel between multiple sites across Melbourne to deliver services.
• Manage a varied caseload and collaborate with employers, case managers and treating practitioners.
