Change Medical Recruitment is hiring an Onsite Physiotherapist to deliver evidence‑based MSK physiotherapy and injury management directly in client workplaces across Melbourne West, Brisbane South and Perth South. You will engage in rehabilitation, prevention and workplace health projects, supporting long‑term clinical development.

The role requires 3+ years MSK experience, a physiotherapy degree, and current AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' MSK Physiotherapy experience
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Current driver's licence
• Access to a vehicle
• Availability to work full-time or, if part-time, a minimum of 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Providing onsite physiotherapy services
• Musculoskeletal assessment and treatment
• Rehabilitation and injury management
• Injury prevention and early intervention
• Supporting safe and sustainable work practices
• Working collaboratively with employees, employers and other stakeholders
• Supporting the effective operation of onsite physiotherapy clinics
• Contributing to workplace health projects and initiatives
• Building strong relationships with client organisations
• Travelling between assigned onsite clinics and client worksites as required
