Job summary

Fone King, a leading player in the mobile repair space, is seeking an experienced phone and electronics technician to join our team. You will combine repair skills with customer service training to deliver outstanding experiences and work with 30+ technicians, supported by an above-market rate and commission structure.

• Current skills across popular brands of smartphones.
• Board/component level experience welcomed.
• Experience working in a reputable repairer ideal.

You will be joining a team of 30+ technicians with component, board and software level experience. We invest heavily in our technicians and provide some of the best working conditions in the industry.

Ideal experience:

2yr proven experience as a mobile technician.

Current skills across all popular brands of smart phones.

All experience welcome - board / component level preferred.

Experience working in a reputable repairer ideal.

Ability to be able to work weekends a must

Proven experience selling in a retail store

A smile and attitude that lights up a room

Motivating and uplifting demeanour

Experience working towards KPI's

Eye for detail and appreciation of VM standards

A serious love of seeing a customer walk out smiling
