Job summary

P & N Solution Pty Ltd, trading as All Phone Repairs, is seeking a dedicated Phone & Electronic Repair Technician in Kilmore, VIC. You will diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of devices, delivering high-quality service to regional customers.

This full-time position requires at least 2 years of experience and a Diploma in Electronics or equivalent. You will work with multi-tools and follow safety procedures, while providing excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a phone/electronics repair technician.
• Diploma in Electronics or equivalent practical experience.
• Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus for regional customers.
• Strong technical skills to diagnose and repair mobile devices and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, maintain and repair a wide range of electronic devices.
• Repair components such as displays, speakers, sensors, batteries, charging ports, and motherboards.
• Examine and test DVR systems for hardware faults.
• Provide guidance to customers on repair processes and solutions.
• Perform software fixes including firmware flashing, FRP removal and virus removal.
• Use tools like multimeters, hot air guns, soldering stations and microscopes.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive brand experience.
• Follow ESD and safety procedures.

About the role

Joining the P & N Solution Pty Ltd. T/A All Phone Repairs team as a Phone & Electronic Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality repair services to customers in Kilmore, VIC. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide range of electronic devices such as phones, tablets, IPad, Laptops, DVR and much more . What you'll be doing

• Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair a wide range of customers' electronic devices, ensuring reliable performance and high-quality service.
• Carry out repairs and replacements of components such as Display, speaker, sensor, batteries, charging ports, Motherboard and more
• Examine and test DVR systems to identify hardware and electronic faults
• Provide advice and guidance to customers on the repair process and recommended solutions
• Perform software-related fixes including flashing firmware, unlocking, FRP removal, and virus removal.
• Use specialized tools such as multimeters, hot air guns, soldering station, and microscope.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used
• Ensure a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
• Follow ESD, safety and manufacture/industry procedures when handling electronic devices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a phone and electronics repair technician and Diploma in Electronic or equivalent practical experience also retail or customer-facing environment this is must due to only shop to serve regional customers
• Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices and electronics
• Execute motherboard-level fixes: solder ICs, install jumpers, use rework station and microscopes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines
• A passion for technology and a desire to continually learn and develop your skills
