Job summary

Mediix in Sydney's Southern Suburbs is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our mobile allied health team in a 100% home-based role, supporting adults in aged care and people with disabilities. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, prescribe assistive technology and home modifications, and prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

: Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
Own car and driver's licence
Full time preferred, though 3 to 4 days a week can be considered for the right candidate

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised intervention plans for adult clients.
Prescribe and review assistive technology, equipment and home modifications.
Prepare clear, well documented reports and recommendations.
Liaise with support coordinators, case managers, families and other allied health providers.
Contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team alongside Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists and fellow OTs.
