Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Sydney to assess clients’ functional abilities and develop personalized intervention plans. You will work with aged care, disability, and rehabilitation clients, documenting assessments and recommendations while ensuring funding compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in aged care, disability, or community health preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ functional abilities and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Support diverse populations including aged care, disability, and rehabilitation clients.
• Document assessments and recommendations accurately and maintain funding compliance.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess clients’ functional abilities, develop tailored intervention plans, and support diverse populations, including aged care, disability, and rehabilitation clients. Your role involves working closely with clients, their families, and stakeholders to create holistic, client-centered care plans that promote independence and improved quality of life. You will also be responsible for documenting assessments and recommendations accurately and maintaining compliance with funding requirements.
