Job summary

Mediix is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care across Southern Sydney. You will manage a 100% adult caseload within aged care and NDIS settings, conducting home safety assessments, prescribing assistive technology, and delivering tailored intervention plans.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus car allowance and tolls/parking reimbursement, with flexible rostering and opportunities for mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Autonomous practice in clients' homes with strong reporting skills.
• Full-time preferred; 3–4 days/week may be considered for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home safety assessments and prescribe assistive technology.
• Develop individualized intervention plans for adult clients.
• Prepare clear reports and recommendations for clients, families and coordinators.
• Liaise with case managers, families and other allied health providers.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Speech Pathologists.
