Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based services across community outreach, telehealth, and centre-based care in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

This highly mobile role offers flexibility to work from home or from clinical hubs when not with clients, with a strong New Graduate Program to support transition. New graduates are welcome, with a 12-month program including induction, weekly supervision, shadowing opportunities, core skills training

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• WWCC (Working with Children Check), NDIS Worker Screening, and a Police Check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and treating clients across paediatrics and adults.
• Supporting clients in achieving NDIS goals and functional outcomes.
• Conducting Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and providing recommendations.
• Writing clear reports on client progress and interventions.
• Managing a varied caseload and meeting clinical targets.
• Collaborating with families, referrers, and other stakeholders.
• Participating in supervision and ongoing professional development.
