Job summary

Mediix is seeking an occupational therapist in Sydney for a highly autonomous contractor role. You will deliver community-based OT across Sydney, with ability to do telehealth and on-site assessments, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold AHPRA registration, own a vehicle, and have liability insurance. You’ll manage your own schedule while helping predominantly NDIS participants in their home environments.

Qualifications

• Fully registered with AHPRA (OT).
• Ability to work independently with clinician judgement.
• Strong communication with clients and networks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based OT across Sydney.
• Offer telehealth and report writing from home where appropriate.
• Maintain autonomous scheduling and planning of week.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (physio, exercise physiology, speech pathology, psychology, counselling).
