Job summary

Fleet Healthcare in New South Wales is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our expanding mobile team. You will conduct OT assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for NDIS participants and elderly clients, with full autonomy over your schedule and caseload.

This role offers flexible hours, work across private homes and community settings, with admin tasks handled by our support team and access to ongoing clinical mentorship and a strong referral network.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Passion for NDIS and aged care sectors.
• NDIS functional assessments and reporting knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions, and progress reviews.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to NDIS participants and elderly clients.
• Complete clinical documentation including reports and treatment notes.
• Collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families to ensure therapy delivery.
• Assist with scheduling and basic admin support as needed.
