Job summary

Fleet Healthcare seeks a Mobile Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home OT services across the Central West, with autonomy over scheduling and caseload. You will assess, treat, and review progress for NDIS participants and elderly clients, ensuring high-quality care in community settings.

This flexible role suits experienced therapists or new graduates passionate about the NDIS and aged care, with full admin support, ongoing mentoring, and a strong client referral flow.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Passion for NDIS and aged care sectors.
• Familiarity with NDIS functional assessments preferred.
• New graduates with interest in NDIS/community health encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions, and progress reviews.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented therapy plans for NDIS participants and elderly clients.
• Complete clinical documentation, including reports and treatment notes.
• Collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families for effective therapy delivery.
• Assist with scheduling and basic admin tasks as needed.
