You will develop goal-oriented therapy plans for NDIS participants and elderly clients, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families to ensure effective therapy delivery.

Qualifications

• Provide OT assessments, interventions, and progress reviews.
• Develop goal-oriented therapy plans for NDIS participants and elderly clients.
• Complete clinical documentation including reports, treatment notes, and functional assessments.
• Collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families for effective therapy delivery.
• Assist with scheduling and basic admin tasks.

Responsibilities
