Job summary

RACQ is seeking a Manager Mobile Mechanical Services to lead the safe, productive and profitable delivery of RACQ Auto's mobile mechanical operations across Queensland. You will drive performance, develop team capability and enhance our mobile service offering to create greater value for members and support future business growth.

In this role you will shape the mobile tyre and service offering, coach leaders, ensure safety and quality, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in automotive industry (ideal)
• Experience delivering service-based operations
• Strong leadership with coaching capability
• Proven focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer focus

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Mobile Mechanical Services with safe, efficient, high-quality delivery
• Coach and develop leaders and frontline team members
• Drive customer/member experiences across service channels
• Collaborate with Strategy and Growth teams to enhance future products/services
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity, quality and profitability
• Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and capability development
• Oversee compliance, risk, and workplace health and safety obligations
• Manage budgets, financial performance and growth opportunities
