Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience as branch or operational leader in a customer-focused service environment.
- Experience leading and developing diverse frontline teams.
- Strong commercial capability including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Experience managing safety, operational risk, compliance and investigations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving, ideally in automotive or mobility.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support employees to achieve branch outcomes.
- Oversee daily workflows, scheduling, service delivery and planning.
- Deliver revenue, margin and operational performance targets.
- Maintain safe, compliant operations and drive efficiency improvements.
- Build relationships with members, customers and stakeholders.
