Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in safety-critical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to a team of Traffic Response Officers.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across service delivery.
• Lead during complex incidents with high risk and impact.
• Monitor network conditions and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, regulations and RACQ standards.
• Coordinate workforce planning, rostering and fleet readiness.
• Foster relationships with emergency services, government agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations, debriefs and continuous improvement activities.
• Support governance, risk and safety management activities.
