Job summary

RACQ Mobility is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy mobility branch, delivering automotive and glass services while guiding a diverse frontline team. You will drive daily operations, safety, service quality and financial results, building strong relationships with members and stakeholders and supporting local business development.

Qualifications

• Branch or operational management experience within a customer-focused service environment.
• Experience leading and developing diverse frontline teams.
• Strong commercial capability, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance analysis.
• Experience managing safety, operational risk, compliance and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, ideally gained within automotive, mobility, trade services, retail operations or a comparable industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support employees to achieve individual, team and branch outcomes.
• Oversee daily workflows, scheduling, service delivery and resource planning.
• Deliver agreed revenue, margin, cost, customer service and operational performance outcomes.
• Maintain safe and compliant operations while driving improvements in efficiency, service quality and business performance.
• Build strong relationships with members, customers and stakeholders while supporting local business development and broader Mobility initiatives.
