Job summary

Glencore is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Superintendent for Clermont Open Cut in Queensland. You will lead the Mobile Maintenance team to deliver the annual maintenance plan while optimising activities and improving reliability of mobile equipment.

You will oversee six Maintenance Supervisors and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure safe, cost-effective operations. The role requires mechanical/electrical trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications, and a track record of

• Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification is essential.
• Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team to deliver high performance safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mobile Maintenance team to safely deliver the annual maintenance plan and optimise activities.
• Lead a team of 6 Maintenance Supervisors to implement maintenance strategy onsite.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage mobile maintenance budget and forecasting to support cost control.
