Job summary

Tasty Fresh Food Co. invites applications for a Customer Service Representative – On the Road, based in Bayswater WA. You will manage a regular lunch van route, serve customers at workplaces, handle payments, and keep the van stocked and clean.

This full-time role starts early, finishes in the early afternoon, and offers bonuses alongside a company van and ongoing support. No nights or weekends, with home every day.

Customer Service Representative – On the Road

Bayswater WA | $30.90-38.63/hr full time + bonuses | Monday–Friday

Enjoy customer service but want your afternoons and weekends back?

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co. and take ownership of your own regular lunch van route, serving food and drinks to customers at workplaces across Perth.

Based at our Bayswater depot, this is a full-time role combining friendly customer service, sales and plenty of driving.

What’s on offer

• $30.90-38.63/hr full time plus performance bonuses

• Monday–Friday – start from 6am and finish early afternoon

• Home every day – no working away, nights or weekends

Your day

You’ll load your van, drive to regular workplaces and busily serve customers during positive and happy short stops. You’ll get to know your regulars, recommend products and promote daily specials.

You’ll also process payments, keep the van clean and stocked, and return to Bayswater to unload, count stock and cash up. Mid afternoon...HOME TIME!

Driving is a substantial part of every day, including frequent stops, reversing and parking at different workplaces.

What we’re looking for

• Reliability and punctuality – your customers and team depend on you being there each day

• Current full WA driver’s licence – no P plates

• Confidence driving and parking a van throughout the day

• A friendly manner and confidence talking with different people

• Ability to work independently, manage your time and keep up during busy stops

• Willingness to actively sell, recommend products and work towards targets

• Reliable transport to reach our Bayswater depot for early starts

Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but we welcome applicants from different backgrounds. If you’re reliable, comfortable behind the wheel and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
