Tasty Fresh Food Co. in Ferntree Gully is seeking a Customer Service Representative - On the Road. You’ll take ownership of your own lunch van route, with ongoing full-time hours, Monday to Friday, finishing around 2-3pm.

This isn’t a delivery driver job—customer service is the biggest part of the role. You’ll interact with local workplaces, serve customers, process sales and build relationships with regulars, with full training and a van provided.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and strong people skills.
• Reliable work history with good attendance.
• Ability to drive and manage a route independently.
• Strong organization and high energy to handle a daily field role.

Responsibilities

• Start at Ferntree Gully depot, prepare van and follow your regular route.
• Serve customers, process sales and build relationships with regulars.
• Return to depot after run to complete stock count and cash up.

You’ll take ownership of your own lunch van route, with ongoing full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

Full VIC driver's licence required - no P Plates.

What you'll do

Start at our Ferntree Gully depot, get your van ready and head out on your regular route.

You’ll make frequent stops at local workplaces, serving customers, processing sales and building relationships with your regulars.

At the end of your run, you’ll return to the depot to unload, complete your stock count and cash up.

About you

Reliability is really important. Your customers and team rely on you to be there each day and ready to get your route on the road.

You’ll need:

• Great customer service and people skills
• A reliable work history and strong attendance
• Confidence driving throughout the day
• Confidence working independently
• Good organisation and plenty of energy

You don't need van experience.
