Tasty Fresh Food Co. is hiring a Customer Service Representative - On the Road to drive a regular lunch van route and serve customers at local workplaces. You’ll build relationships with your regulars and keep the route running smoothly with a Monday-Friday schedule.

You start early, work out of the Newcastle depot, and gain full training, with opportunities to progress your career and enjoy staff discounts and free parking.

Qualificações

• Must have a full NSW driver licence and be confident driving a regular van route.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently on the road.

Responsabilidades

• Start at Newcastle depot around 6am, load van and begin regular route.
• Visit warehouses, factories, workshops, construction sites and offices to serve customers and process sales.
• Manage stock, return to depot for unload, stock count and cash up.

What you’ll do

Start at our Newcastle depot around 6am, load your van and head out on your regular route.

You’ll visit warehouses, factories, workshops, construction sites and offices, making frequent stops to serve customers, process sales and build relationships.

You’ll manage your stock and take ownership of your route before returning to the depot to unload, stock count and cash up.

About you

• Full NSW driver licence - no P Plates
• Safe and confident driver
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Comfortable working independently
• Positive, organised and happy being busy and on the move

Coming from retail, hospitality, cafés, customer service or sales. Your experience could be a great fit.

No lunch van or delivery experience required – we’ll teach you the role.
