Job summary

Tasty Fresh Food Co. is hiring a Customer Service Representative - On the Road based at our Bayswater depot. You will load your van, travel to regular workplaces across Perth, deliver friendly service, upsell products and process payments.

Hours are Monday to Friday, starting around 6am and finishing by 2–3pm, with no nights or weekends. An automatic company van is provided, plus performance bonuses and staff discounts as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Current full WA driver's licence – no P plates.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to drive and park a van all day.
• Willingness to actively sell and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Load and drive the regular lunch van route to workplaces.
• Serve customers, promote specials and process payments.
• Unload, count stock, cash up and prepare van for the next day.
• Work five days a week with consistent weekday hours.

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co., bringing fresh food, drinks and a friendly face to workplaces across Perth. Based at our Bayswater depot, you'll take ownership of your own regular lunch van route, combining customer service, sales and plenty of driving.

Get to know your customers, become a welcome part of their day and see how your contribution helps our business grow.

• Consistent weekday hours - Monday-Friday, starting around 6am and typically finishing 2-3pm. No nights or weekends!
• Support as you learn - full training, ongoing guidance and regular check-ins with your People & Culture representative. We understand building confidence takes time.
• A team where your contribution matters - work alongside our production and warehouse teams to deliver fresh food and reliable service customers count on.
• $30.90/hr permanent or $38.63/hr casual, plus performance bonuses - both options require ongoing availability five days a week.
• Automatic company van, staff discounts and opportunities to progress.

Load your van, drive to regular workplaces and serve customers during busy, short stops. You'll chat with your regulars, recommend products, promote specials and process payments.

Back at Bayswater, you'll unload, count stock, cash up and keep your van clean and ready for the next day.

Driving is a substantial part of every day, including frequent stops, reversing and parking at different workplaces. You'll work independently on your route, with the depot team available for advice and support.

What you'll bring
