Job summary

Tasty Fresh Food Co. is seeking a Customer Service & Sales – On the Road role based in Ferntree Gully, Melbourne. You will manage a regular lunch van route, build relationships with customers and deliver fresh food with friendly service.

Expect early starts, Mon–Fri, finishing around 2–3pm, with clear opportunities for bonuses and progression. You’ll be paid hourly with a fixed permanent rate or casual rate plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident customer service and a willingness to sell.
• A full Victorian driver licence — no P plates.
• Confidence driving frequently throughout the day.
• Good organisation and the ability to work independently.
• Energy for an active role, including loading and unloading your van.

Responsibilities

• Visit workplaces on your regular route and sell fresh food and drinks.
• Process payments and keep stops running on time.
• Back at the depot, unload, count stock and cash up.
• Load and prepare your van at the depot and start the day on time.

Your day

Start at the depot, load and prepare your van, then head out to visit workplaces on your regular route.

You’ll welcome your regular customers, sell them fresh food and drinks, process payments and keep your stops running on time. Back at the depot, you’ll unload, count stock and cash up.
