Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in Quarry or heavy machinery environments.
• Strong knowledge of mobile crushing operations and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Relevant mining or heavy machinery certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work long hours (minimum 52.5 hours/week).
• Flexibility to travel and work across sites, with possible stays away from home.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the mobile crushing team for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist with maintenance.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and quality of work.
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.
• Maintain records of production, equipment usage, and safety incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
