Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled technician to service world-leading mining equipment across various sites in Mackay. This role reports to the Service Supervisor and focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and component replacement to keep machinery operating at peak performance.

You will work Monday to Friday with significant overtime, benefit from OEM training in national centres, and have a tool-of-trade vehicle plus digital tools to support daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Qualified technician with appropriate trade certificate.
• Experience servicing heavy machinery or mining equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance and repairs on mining equipment.
• Replace faulty components and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure equipment operates at peak performance and adhere to safety procedures.
