Job summary

REA Group, based in Sydney, is building innovative AI and machine learning products for Australia’s property experience. The PropTrack team focuses on ML pipelines, predictive analytics, and customer-facing AI solutions, working in a collaborative, learning-driven environment.

You will design and deploy ML models, prototype PoCs, and support data processes while embracing agile practices and a strong DevOps culture. Hybrid work in Sydney is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with practical ML project experience.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying models.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy ML pipelines using Python, SQL, IaC, AWS and GCP.
• Build AI products with Generative AI, LLMs, and ML techniques.
• Prototype PoCs to explore ideas with senior engineers.
• Support data processes with dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Analyze data quality across internal and external datasets.
• Follow agile practices and run-it ethos with dev-ops integration.
• Learn and mentor others in a collaborative environment.
