L3Harris Australia, operating as Integrated Mission Systems Australia, is seeking a Mission Systems Maintenance Trainer (Simulator) Administrator based at RAAF Base Edinburgh. The role focuses on coordinating simulator training for the MC-55A Peregrine program, supporting MCTS operations and delivering mission systems training to enhance workforce capability.

Applicants should have experience in aerospace/Defence, plus the ability to generate training scenarios and maintain PV Australian Defence

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the role

Based out of RAAF Base Edinburgh we are seeking a Mission Systems Maintenance Trainer (Simulator) Administrator to support training of the mission systems for the program.

As an embedded contractor within 10 Squadron, this role supports the operation and management of the Mission Crew Training System (MCTS) delivered under the MC-55A Peregrine Acquisition Program. The position is responsible for coordinating mission system simulator training requirements, supporting MCTS operations, and delivering mission systems training to enable workforce capability development on the MC-55A platform.

• Prior experience within the aerospace or Defence industry
• Demonstrated competency of supporting operation, administration or deliver of training using military mission systems simulators or training devices

• Proven capacity to conduct simulation training, including scenario generation
• You will have the ability to hold and maintain a PV Australian Defence Security Clearance
