Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Australia is seeking a Mission Systems Maintenance Trainer to support training of mission systems for the program. You will coordinate with squadron representatives to ensure smooth operations, conduct maintenance training, and develop courseware.

The role requires clear communication with stakeholders and the ability to travel up to 10% in the first year. Based at RAAF Base Edinburgh, you will contribute to operational readiness and overall program success while

Qualifications

• Prior experience within the aerospace or Defence industry.
• B2 Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence or Equivalent Cert 4 – Mandatory.
• Demonstrated competency in development and delivery of courseware.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to conduct courseware reviews, process student feedback, and update training materials.
• Must be eligible to obtain and hold PV Australian Defence Security Clearance.

About the role

Based out of RAAF Base Edinburgh we are seeking a Mission SystemsMaintenance Trainer to support training of the mission systems for the program. As a member of the Squadron, the Mission Systems Trainer will work closely with the squadron key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, including operational readiness and contributing to the overall success of the program.

Your duties will include coordinating with existing squadron representatives to provide courseware support training on the platform – including conducting reviews of maintenance training, development and review of courseware, providing feedback and support to students and delivery of maintenance training.

For the first year there will be 10% travel required.
